This is article about one other developer who I found on Youtube.com. This is quite a cool background to your desktop so I wrote notes how it’s done. This article is not my made and all credits should go to Youtube user Medo Balki (link)

This work is done with Photoshop Elements 7.0 .

Third, add a new layer and add cloud effect on it. Then go to filter, sketch and choose chrome.

3

3

Fourth, make that layer setting color dodge.

4

Fifth, select your text layer and duplicate it.

5

5

Sixth, simplify that copied layer.

6

Cool-background

Pretty impressive looking background image. To further editing I recommend using some kind of styling for the text. In CS versions this is lot’s of easier to be dealt with rather than Elements.
