Internet Access

This article-series is based on our school work about Internet, how to connect and how to access to Internet. We used Windows 7 32-bit Enterprise version. I also tell somethings that I didn’t quite understand at the time but now I have learned something about them.

How to connect to Internet?

Well at start we need computer and some basic knowledge how to use it. To access Internet is very simple basically, just plug-in your adapter and you are good to go. But wait how does it really work?
What means DNS, DCHP-protocol or ARP-protocol, IP-address and MAC-address, subnetmask and what are these routers, hubs and switches? Well as you can see, there are way to more that reach the eye. And moreover how we actually get the access to the Web?

Well usually there these service providers who enables your access to Internet. They’re the ones who get charge how fast is you speed, is it 2 MB/s or is it 100 MB/s.
